그옛날산채식당은 전남광주통합특별시 구례군에 있는 산채정식 전문점이다. 지리산 자락에서 유명한 산채정식은 각종 나물을 조미료 없이 고유의 맛과 향을 살려 무쳐낸 뒤 밥을 비벼 먹는 음식이다. 취나물, 봄동 김치 등 철마다 나오는 신선한 나물과 말려놓았던 나물이 함께 나오며 더덕, 도라지 무침, 토란대, 죽순, 석이버섯 등 각종 버섯과 지리산 자락의 특선을 맛볼 수 있다.
