*하기 축제 먹거리 내용은 전년도(2025년) 축제 내용으로, 2026년도 축제 내용은 업데이트 중에 있습니다.*1,500여년의 역사가 깃든 인삼의 본고장 충남 금산에서 개최되는 금산세계인삼축제에서는 인삼캐기체험과 홍삼팩 마사지, 홍삼족욕, 국제인삼교역전, 전통인삼문화체험 등 온 계층이 즐기는 다채로운 체험과 볼거리, 알뜰 쇼핑으로 관광객 만족도를 높여가고 있으며, 행사장 곳곳에서는 인삼과 약초를 활용한 건강 음식을 맛볼 수 있다. 1981년부터 매년 개최되어 온 금산세계인삼축제는 문화체육관광부가 선정하는 전국 최우수 축제 10회 지정의 경력과 2024년 세계축제협회(IFEA World) 아시아 특산물 축제 선정 등 명실공히 한국을 대표하는 산업형 축제로 숱한 명성을 쌓아오고 있으며, 세계인과 함께하는 글로벌 축제로 거듭나고 있다.
