The 매매기준율 (base rate) published by the Korea Eximbank once each business day. It is a reference rate, not what you will be offered: banks, exchange booths and card networks all apply their own spread, and airport booths are consistently the worst of them. No rate is published at weekends or on public holidays, so the date above may be earlier than today.
